  5.  PRIORITY OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

      Transportation service provided under this Rate Schedule by 
      Company shall be in accordance with the nominations/confirmations/
      scheduling/interruption of service provisions of Section 10 of 
      the General Terms and Conditions.
